I’ve been go go go for the past month or two and so it’s nice to finally be home and get back into a routine!

Here’s a round up of last week when I was feeling motivated and creative!!

I’m feeling a bit deflated this week though for some reason and I don’t know if it’s the weather or season change or if it’s because it’s been so crazy and now I’m finally sitting down to get to work after being on holidays I’m finding everything just a bit overwhelming? I don’t know if that even makes sense lol.

I feel like I’m waaaaay more aware of how some weeks are super amazing and others are just a big fat fail. Id be interested to know If anyone else feels like this? Or if you work for yourself what do you do on your meh weeks? I find it hard to do anything really creative so I’ve been doing my book keeping & doing some website admin that I’ve been putting off haha

Anyways! Hope you’re having a good week, and if you’re not.. try to take some time for yourself and do something nice! 💖

From February-June I was painting this mural for the Saintfield Community Association, the town where I grew up & where I work from in my lil studio 💌

The mural is for the entrance to the windmill park which is a new development for the community centre! My illustrations highlight the countryside surrounding Saintfield, the windmill, the railway line and some features that represent Saintfield and windmill road 🌳🌲

I was so happy to work on this and grateful for the opportunity! The windmill park isn’t open yet but if you’d like to see the mural, it’s down the side of the Community Centre as you enter Saintfield!

wowwwwweee first time drawing just for fun in about 2 months ahhhhh! I love having time on a flight to doodle!

I’m in Spain for the next 2 weeks yay! But don’t worry Aprils still in the studio packing orders and everything is pretty much normal! I am going to take a holiday but I am going to work a little in the mornings.. just with a nicer view! 🤪

Woweeee going to miss seeing the BRIGHT pink walls of T01 🎀💖💐 can’t believe @topdrawerlondon is over!! The past few days have absolutely flown in!!!

Thank you so so much for anyone who stopped by with interest in becoming a stockist, meeting current stockists IRL, other makers and creatives and anyone who stopped by for a chat!! It was SO nice!

I am absolutely wrecked and I didn’t think I’d be physically & emotionally exhausted because oh boy it was a lot 😅😅 Trade shows aren’t for the faint hearted! Anyways had such a blast 🤪
